Exchange Policy

Should a Chichanella Bella Swimsuit not meet your expectations, we will exchange the swimsuit for a different size or style within 10 days of your delivery date. No refunds will be issued. All items must have hang tags and sanitary liners still attached. A returned suit cannot be worn, damaged, or laundered. Such suits will not be accepted for a return. An additional $15 fee per returned item will be issued and the item/items will be returned to you.
In order to complete your exchange, please call Chichanella Bella Swimwear to receive a Return Authorization Number. This number must appear on the front of the package you return to us. We must receive the item you are exchanging within 10 days of the date you were issued the Return Authorization Number.

Damages

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 10 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost.
